Today's Bikram Yoga class kicked my butt a bit.
I keep having to heighten my intensity level to achieve the same level of stretch as the day before.
Kind of humurous all in all.

Got my elbows to the ground! (legs extended in front, peace fingers hooked around each big toe). My focus today was just to relax and expect my body to assume the ideal postures.
My friend, Elise, loaned me her Per Bristow singing dvds. I've been watching them and doing the crazy vocal exercises. Funny thing is, the pranayama breathing exercise at the beginning of the Bikram Yoga class was easier to do today because of having relaxed my vocal chords yesterday. |

Last night in Pushkar
Indian men notice the finer details. I dressed today in more regalia. Anklets on both legs, 4 brilliant bangles on each arm, a Rajasthani necklace, hammered earrings, and a Rajasthani belt.
